Unity Health Network offers a variety of learning opportunities for those wishing to experience working in a physician-practice environment.
If you are interested in an experience for academic credit or for career exposure, please complete the required forms as listed below and return as instructed. Please note that the approval process may take up to 30 days.

Unity Health Network will not place students with preceptors. Students must confirm a preceptor prior to completing and submitting Experience Learning paperwork.
Unity Health Network can only accept students of approved academies that have active Affiliation Agreements (AA) with our company. Students can check with their academic institution to see if they are participating with Unity Health Network.
A tuberculosis test is required for all learning experiences. In accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations, you must have either a 2-step TB skin test (PPD) or a quantiferon blood draw. The 2-step test must have been completed within the last three months (or within the last 12 months with a 1-step test within the last three months). A quantiferon test should be in the last 30 days.
