Sara Grater NP

Sara Grater is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from The University of Akron. Sara is BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certified. Sara has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2015, gaining experience alongside physicians treating complex acute illnesses. She was a Nursing Honors Academic Peer Mentor for The University of Akron and Co-Chair for Nurse Practice Council at Western Reserve Hospital.
